New Season Of Ministry!

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. (Psalm 20:7 NIV)

A little over a week ago I said goodbye to my Booking /Management Company that I had been with for over 10yrs. We parted ways on good terms and I am going to miss my friends.
What happened?
This past January I was staring down a 20 month contract that kept changing and shifting as we went back and forth in negotiations.
I had a reluctance inside, but I still wanted the comfort of a salary and travel dates. It all fell through and we officially parted ways on Feb 21st.
Over the years I have learned that God is faithful even when we are not. As for my wife and I, we truly live what we believe and trust God with everything.
We see this as another great opportunity to trust God and nobody or nothing else.
Over the years I have been offered Student Pastoral type jobs and have passed on all of them.
Right now I have a crazy opportunity to be the High School Pastor at the Original Skate Church right here in Portland. The best thing is I feel 100% called to do this.
Even though there is not a set salary, I am feeling good about taking this huge step of faith into a new season of trusting God to provide. I believe this is where Jesus would go, right down to minister to these orphaned skaters that need Life.
More than anything I want to see these skaters/students give their lives to Jesus and walk tall in the Kingdom of light and not darkness. I want to disciple world changers! Please pray for me as I set up a support system with my site and sending out support letters and emails. I will be under the Skate Churches 501(c)3 too.
I will still be traveling, skating and preaching the Gospel too. Churches and individuals can contact me direct for scheduling or questions. No more management fees or waiting for call backs πŸ™‚

God is good!
