I woke up this morning all packed and ready to fly out once again for another series of ministry trips. This time I’ll fly to three different cities in one week. My good friend Jud Heald texted me this encouraging Word. I’ve been distracted and weary lately. Hope this encourages you too and reminds you to focus on Jesus.

“The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”
Lamentations 3:25-26 ESV

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Proverbs 1:7

God is so good to his subjects but as sons of God we sometimes stubbornly get off on our own agenda, let us not grow weary in doing good or grow calloused that we forget that He is God and holds our life in His hand. Let us keep in prospective Jesus words and how we ought to pray – Our father , holy is your Name, your Kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Let’s keep this at the forefront of our mind, that it is for His Glory that we are redeemed. Thank God, praise Him in the midst of waiting for a season of blessing!
